5 Top Seoul Places For Meeting Korean Women!
New to Seoul and want to start dating Korean women?
In Seoul places to find an abundance of beautiful Korean women are few and far between.
Don’t worry–once you know where to go you’ll be in good shape and just might find a future girlfriend at the first spot! 😉
You’ll discover where the places are in Seoul as well as their pros and cons.
Understand that each area in Seoul has it’s own social context and attracts a certain type of person.
If you know what you want then uncovering where to go will save you time, money and better your chances of finding someone you’re happy with!
#1 of The Seoul Places: Hongdae’s Streets
Hongdae is very famous for its diverse young and hip crowd. The Korean women who go here are mainly of university age (early twenties.) They’re open-minded and are more open about being with a foreigner than most.
You can take the subway to Hongik University on line 2 (the green line.) It’s on the north-eastern side of Seoul. There are plenty of outdoor venues there as well as a chill park.
Go to Hongdae with your friends and socialize with Koreans! Grab a drink at a convenience store nearby (or from the ‘Makgoli guy’) and enjoy yourself!
On the other hand if you’re looking for a classier or older crowd then Hongdae might not be for you. Usually youngsters go there and if that’s not your scene then I recommend going to Cheongdam.
#2 of Seoul Places: Cheongdam
Cheongdam is one of the ritzier parts of Seoul. Many Korean women who go there are gorgeous but quite princess-y. They wear the latest fashion and don’t really socialize with others.
That being said you can still strike a conversation with them and see how it goes! They too are curious about foreign cultures and if you are comfortable socially (and have the right friends) then you can meet a lot of women from Cheongdam.
You can take the subway to Apgujeong or Sinsa station on line 3 (the orange line). It’s on the Southern part of Seoul.
If you’re not into the classier joints and would rather talk to more ambitious women who’re into studying then I recommend Gangnam.
#3 of The Seoul Places: Gangnam
Still quite ritzy, Gangnam is the educational hub of Seoul. A lot of beautiful Korean women from out of town come to Gangnam to study, relax and meet new people.
It’s located just south of the Han river (hence ‘Gang’ ‘nam’ which means ‘south of the river’.) You can get to it by subway via line 2 (the green line again!)
It is one of the busiest areas in Korea! The women there are gorgeous and you easily relax at one of its’ coffee shops and meet women there. In fact I recommend the Coffee Bean out of exit 6. 😉
On the other hand if you’re not into the hustle-bustle crowd and want something closer to home then I recommend Itaewon.
#4 of the Seoul Places: Itaewon
Itaewon is where you go when/if you want a more international setting. Located right in the middle of town, Itaewon is a convenient place to go if you want to either grab some food from home or meet more international people.
The Korean women who go there are either open-minded and/or have lived overseas. They’re some of the easiest women to talk to because they welcome the foreign culture and experience.
It’s also a great place to start building a social circle based on what you enjoy doing.
You can reach Itaewon by taking the subway’s line 6 (the brown line.) I also recommend checking out Noksapyong which is right next to it!
Oh and while you’re traveling about why not enjoy the top place to meet women?

Everyone (or most people) travel on the subway. If you’re looking for a diverse experience and care to talk to people who are bored and want to talk then this is the place.
Final Thoughts These Places in Seoul
So there you have it – after 5 years in Seoul I would say that these are the places to go if you want to meet a potential date.
Granted if you’re looking to have people introduced to you then taking them to the places mentioned above would work too!
Just make sure you don’t’ have a date on the subway! 😉
